Andreas moved to Cologne/Germany in September 1983 and became a consistently booked member of the studio scene. Andreas has performed on more than 250 albums in every musical style. He also recorded hundreds of TV and radio commercials.

Andreas has performed and recorded with: Charly Mariano, Peter Herbolzheimer, Rainer Brünninghaus, Wolfgang Dauner, Jasper van't Hoff, Leni Stern, Don Menza, Chuck Findley, Peter Weniger, Frank Chastenier, Paul Shigihara, Christoph Spendel, Anne Haigis, Howard Carpendale, Roland Kaiser, Günther Noris, Peter Alexander, Paul Kuhn, Heino, Catherina Valente, Rene Kollo, Herman Prey, WDR Sinfonie Orchester, Köln Big Band....

1998 marked the worldwide release of Andreas's Solo CD "SNOOZE" on Lipstick Records. It´s an energetic jazz and funk mixture recorded with Rainer Brünninghaus, Charlie Mariano, Peter Weniger, Paul Shigihara, Bodo Schopf und Volker Kuntschner. His latest solo project, "Funky Horns & Soulful Songs", will be released worldwide on Sonoton Records in spring 2006.

Andreas is a Fender Jazz Bass player. His main instrument is a fretted, 1969 olympic white Fender Jazz Bass with a Hipshot D-Tuner. He uses DR Strings, Monster Cables, Walter Woods amplification and SWR 2x10 cabinets from the first series and no effects. In the studio he records through an SPL Channel One.
